Mobility is essential for research. Candidates will spend a first year mainly dedicated to their learning and knowledge development in one or the two co-tutelle institutions, followed by 1 or 2 semesters of intensive exchanges between the two. Then candidates will take a step back during the last semester for the synthesis of the work. The doctoral Winter School will remain the main annual event for gathering all the stakeholders.

In parallel with these actions, a staff mobility program will be offered. Each partner is committed to support 4-week incoming mobility per year for researchers from the partnership. This idea has been conceived to regularly cross-enrich the different research environments of each partner and to create the opportunity to strengthen collaborations and connections.
